Centurion Fire Services Pty Ltd was engaged to provide comprehensive fire protection services for a 6-story apartment block located at 12 McDougall Street, Como. Our team was responsible for the design and hydraulic calculations, as well as the installation of the wet fire protection system throughout the building.
This included the installation of a fully integrated sprinkler system, fire hydrant system, and associated pump and tank systems to ensure reliable fire suppression capabilities across all levels of the building. We worked closely with the project team to ensure all systems were designed to meet the required fire safety standards and regulatory requirements, while also optimizing water flow and pressure distribution throughout the building.

Scope of Works:
Centurion Fire Services Pty Ltd were engaged by CDI Group and successfully delivered a comprehensive fire protection package at 37 Pier Street, Perth. The scope of works included the installation of a combined fire hydrant and sprinkler system, fire pumps and water storage tanks, a Fire Indicator Panel (FIP), Occupant Warning System (OWS), and portable fire equipment throughout the facility.
Our team managed the project from design coordination through to testing and commissioning, ensuring all systems were installed to current Australian Standards and local authority requirements. The project was completed to a high standard of quality, meeting all performance and safety objectives within the scheduled timeframe.
